BuildsByBuchanan provides bespoke digital services. Delivery timelines depend on the confirmed scope, complexity, Client responsiveness, third-party services, and whether all required content and access details are supplied on time.
All delivery timelines are good-faith estimates unless a fixed date is explicitly confirmed in writing in the accepted quote.

What Happens After Payment
Payment is confirmed through the agreed payment method.
BuildsByBuchanan confirms receipt within 1 business day where possible.
A kickoff call, project brief, or content request is sent within 1–3 business days.
Work begins once all required content, assets, approvals, and access credentials are received.
A preview, staging link, handover file, or final deployment is provided according to the project scope.

Scope-Based Delivery
BuildsByBuchanan does not apply one fixed standard timeline to every project. Delivery is confirmed per Client based on the accepted scope, required pages, technical complexity, content readiness, integrations, testing requirements, revision rounds, and deployment requirements.
Single-page websites: delivery window confirmed after reviewing content, sections, forms, design requirements, and launch requirements.
Multi-page websites: delivery window confirmed after reviewing the number of pages, copywriting needs, media assets, legal pages, SEO work, revisions, and deployment requirements.
Custom web applications: delivery window confirmed after technical scoping, including user flows, dashboards, authentication, database requirements, security, testing, and deployment.
Automation systems: delivery window confirmed after reviewing the tools involved, access requirements, trigger logic, testing needs, error handling, and third-party integrations.
Hosting or maintenance: start date and support turnaround times are confirmed in the accepted quote or support agreement.
Rush work: only accepted where availability is confirmed in writing and any rush fee is approved.
The Client will be advised of the realistic delivery window for their specific project based on scope. Any timeline shown in a quote is an estimate unless a fixed completion date is expressly confirmed in writing.

Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide content, images, logos, brand assets, domain or hosting access, platform credentials, feedback, approvals, and any other required information within the agreed timeframe.
Late feedback, missing assets, unanswered questions, delayed approvals, incorrect information, or mid-project scope changes will extend the timeline and may require additional fees.

What Counts As Delivery
The website, app, automation, or system is published live or deployed.
A staging link, preview link, file, repository, document, or handover package is sent to the Client.
The agreed deliverable is made available through the agreed delivery channel.
The Client approves the work by email, WhatsApp, call, or written confirmation.
The Client must raise delivery concerns within 5 business days. If no response is received in that period, the work may be treated as accepted.

Delays & Extensions
BuildsByBuchanan will communicate material delays where reasonably possible. Timelines may be extended due to Client delays, scope changes, third-party outages, hosting issues, payment provider issues, internet outages, load shedding, illness, emergencies, or other events outside BuildsByBuchanan's reasonable control.
A delay does not automatically create a right to a refund. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
